Questions
- What if I already have a domain?
- No problem — we can connect your existing domain to your new site at no extra charge. Every build comes with the monthly plan, which includes domain registration at no cost. The $19.99 domain fee only applies if you opt out of the monthly plan and choose build only.
- Can I cancel the monthly plan?
- Yes — you can cancel the monthly subscription anytime. Cancellation halts all maintenance, hosting, security monitoring, and support. You remain responsible for your yearly domain renewal.
- How long does it take?
- Your one-page website is built and launched within 72 hours or less of receiving your details and content. The $500 build fee covers a one-page site; additional pages can be quoted separately.
- Who owns the site?
- You own your site and your content. To take over full access, you'll need to create your own account on a hosting platform. Without the monthly service plan (which covers hosting), you'll need your own hosting account to transfer the site to, or you can give us access to transfer it for you at an additional cost.
Already a client?
Update your card, view invoices, or cancel your monthly plan. You'll confirm your email with a one-time code. Cancelling keeps your site live until the end of the month you've paid for.
